Christmas is such a magical time of year for young children.So imagine the look on the faces of your little ones when they receive a video call from the “Real Santa” Who knows all about what they want for Christmas as well as the names of all of their family members and pets. Santa will also tell them that they have made it onto the “Nice List” and that he will send them a special personalised certificate that they can keep and show to all of their friends and family. Santa and his favourite little Elf Nikki will also tell them all about going to bed early on Christmas Eve and that if they wanted they could leave him a nice glass of milk and a cookie or mince pie and a carrot for his reindeers.
Each fun-filled festive video call will last for at least 10 minutes in duration Santa will ask the children what they want for Christmas will also drop in some personal information that you have already previously told us to make the experience more magical and will also talk through what the children need to do on Christmas Eve. Such as go to bed nice and early and not to forget to leave a mince pie and a glass of milk and a carrot for the reindeer etc.
In short no! The calls are based in the UK but obviously to create the illusion and magical memories for the children the setting is staged around the North Pole and will be set in either Santa’s study, grotto or workshop.
You won’t have to wait around in a queue and will not need to wear a mask or have to be socially distanced. The call will be totally personalised as we will gain all the information to make the experience even more magical for your child or Grandchild. Plus if the government decide to put everyone in a lockdown your video call will still 100% go ahead and will not be cancelled.
Yes they are totally safe. Not only for COVID-19 reasons but because we are talking to children online we always insist that a parent or gardian be present during the video calls. Plus our Santa and Elf are both full-time professional children’s entertainers who have been performing for many years and both hold fully enhanced DBS checks and they also have £10 million public liability insurance each.
At the time of booking we will give you our bank details so that you can make a secure BACS payment or bank transfer and we will send you a receipt to confirm your payment.
Subject to availability. Yes you can choose the date and time that you would like Santa to call you. But as we take many bookings daily we would urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.
No not at all. Due to power of the Internet we can provide Santa video calls anywhere in the UK and even worldwide. So if you have relatives or grandchildren that live far away from you you can still book a Santa video call.
No not at all. Every call is 100% live and Santa and his Elf will be interacting with the children in real time.
Yes! Quite a few people book our Santa calls for their Grandchildren or Nephews and nieces. Some from other countries who want to surprise their loved ones. All you need to do is at the time of booking let us know who to call and at what time and what date and we’ll do the rest.
